Client Personal Project

I started a music project called “Odense“ back in the summer of 2007, finally while being in between jobs in 2022 I grabbed to opportunity to focus myself on this music project for 2 months. I have been writing, recording and mastering my debut album called “Odes“ inclusing B-Side material from our tiny laundry room in Amsterdam.

the album was launched on November 1st via Spotify, Amazon, Apple and other platforms.

A special double vinyl edition made out of recycled waste collected from ocean waters, some live performances are planned for 2023. Each proceed will be donated to Ocean Clean Up.

Fun facts:
– A-dam made use of the track “Geysers” for the new Winter Collection campaign.

– ”Odes” was written and recorded within 8 weeks from inside a tiny Amsterdam based laundry room.

– Cover work was made together w/ my 3 year old son.

– I started this project from a bedroom in Rotterdam back in 2007.

Part of a pan-European campaign to introduce the new Mini Coutryman to the markets. Highlighting a key fact about the larger sized Mini - it can house more people. Making it the perfect getaway car for friends and family.

Fairphone's global rebrand and international campaign emphasize its commitment to sustainable technology with a fresh visual identity and the tagline "Fairphone. The One That Lasts." Featuring "Mobi," a robot symbolizing e-waste, the campaign highlights Fairphone’s modular, long-lasting design.

With bold visuals and a clear message, the brand reinforces its mission to make smartphones more ethical and durable.

Together with Jung von Matt/Neckar we developed a campaign to show the commitment of the German national team to win the World Cup 2014 in Brazil and how this is tied to their main sponsor: Mercedes-Benz. Sorry dad.

Client Nikon Worldwide

We were asked to introduce the new Nikon 1 to the European markets. And instead of creating a product/highlight campaign we found a simple route, “I AM ONE CLICK AHEAD”, that allowed us to roll out the campaign focussing on the main USP and explain a feature that was until that moment unheard of.

Each summer tons of Dutch people go on holiday by car with their friends and family. The perfect moment to launch a campaign to promote the ANWB RSA Europe services. Reminding everyone that ANWB knows you'll have enough on your hands while on the road. So, get an Wegenwachht (RSA) EU at ANWB instead. The campaign was rolled out nationwide through banners, ooh, radio, digital and tv.

Client: BMW Motorrad

The Europe-wide introduction campaign of the new BMW C 400X resolves around the idea that when you drive around with the BMW scooter you’re able to connect more with your surroundings, in this case the urban jungle. Making the most of your commute.

In addition we created assets for the worldwide introduction at EICMA 2017 in Italy.

To reach out to Automotive Press we announced the launch of the new i30 Fastback N along with the mention of a record attempt, racing from Rome to Paris. The challenge was picked up very well by the press, from TopGear Magazine to Auto Bild. All writing about the silly attempt. In the end we raced from Rom to Paris - in Denmark. With a little budget we were able to get the attention from the press, helping us to tease more about the upcoming launch of the new Fastback N.

A Volkswagen is a loyal companion on four wheels. But it’s the people who turn a Volkswagen into an experience. This is why we decided to put people at the centre of this campaign.

This campaign is all about sensors, cameras, radars and many other smart tech. And guess what? We made it human.

Humans are deeply sophisticated systems. And yet, we’re not perfect. That’s why Hyundai equipped all i-Range models with a package of techy stuff that looks out for you on the road. As this is quite a long story, we found a way to tell it in just two words: Human Ready.

Our launch film was built on a universal insight: the promises we all make before going on a journey. The ones we often make without even thinking.

While overcoming our own human flaws (first lockdown..) we still managed produce the campaign and break it into all channels. Social media edits, Insta Stories, banners, and even some good old print ads; making the campaign hard to miss across Europe.

We created a European introduction campaign to promote the Gesture Control feature under the new found motto "Think New". In a series of two spots we take people on a little journey, all driven by gestures and hand signals, and no dialogue.

So, to give it the spotlight it deserves, we collaborated with multi-talented artist Loretta Stern. Loretta believes there’s no limit to what people can achieve – a powerful mindset that’s also shared by Hyundai.

For the Euro Cup 2016 we created a European campaign for the Volkswagen Allstar Sondermodelle. To promote these special models we worked together with the players from the German national team, where technology and the internet would help them prepare for Paris 2016.

To get our soccer fans already in the mood before the EuroCup started we launched a complete set of 149 custom made emojis called “Fanjis“, allowing German soccer fans to express themselves without losing the Euro Cup spirit.
